The Art of Tracking
People always ask me: “How do you know what’s coming before it happens?”
Simple. I track.
Not in a creepy binoculars-across-the-street kind of way. In a strategist’s way. In a sovereign way.
Tracking is how I stay five moves ahead. And if you’ve ever wondered how I do it, here’s a peek behind the curtain.
1. Tracking the Moves
Every filing, email, or midnight text is a breadcrumb. I watch the paper trail, the timestamps, the sloppy signatures, and the rushed filings. Patterns show up faster than you’d think.
My tool: detailed case timelines. We log every motion, date, and delay. Once you see the timeline laid out, you can predict their next attempt before they even draft it.
2. Tracking the Silences
Silence is never neutral. Sometimes it’s strategy (stalling), sometimes it’s avoidance (hoping you’ll forget), sometimes it’s weakness (nothing left to play).
My tool: silence logs. Yes, I even track the days they don’t move. Because the gap is as loud as the action.
3. Tracking the Energy
This is where most people can’t follow me. I don’t just track paper, I track energy. I can feel when something is being filed before it ever hits the docket. I know the difference between an ego-driven move, a fear-driven stall, and a genuine attempt at fairness.
My tool: card pulls + energy reads. Call it tarot, call it intuition, call it spiritual chess…either way, it’s how I catch the wave before it crests.
4. Tracking the Patterns
Humans are creatures of habit. Once you know their “tell,” you know their cycle. Some always file right before a holiday. Some always spin money stories right after a loss. Some always bait before a hearing.
My tool: behavioral mapping. It’s not complicated, we literally write down every “tell” until the cycle is undeniable.
5. Tracking Time Horizons
Here’s the part that surprises people most: I don’t just track what’s happening today. I track out.
At the start, I’m mapping 6–7 months ahead—big arcs, long games, major plays.
Then I zoom into 3–4 months ahead—medium-range cycles and pivots.
By the time we’re 1 month out, I’m fine-tuning like a hawk.
And when we’re down to current days? That’s when I’m surgical—catching their moves almost as they breathe them.
My rule: always look forward, never back. It might sound wild, but it works. We move like we already know the game, and funny enough, the board keeps proving us right.
6. Tracking Yourself
This is the part most people overlook: if you’re not tracking yourself, you lose your edge. The goal isn’t obsession, it’s sovereignty. I know my triggers. I know when I need to step back. I ground in my own rituals and my body, so their chaos never drags me under. My tool: Daily field notes. Check in with yourself every day. What moved you? What didn’t? Are you reacting or responding? That awareness is how I keep the board steady. And it’s how I hold you accountable for your actions, not just the other player’s moves.
Important note: Tracking isn’t about obsession, it’s about strategy and self-awareness. We track patterns, not people. That distinction matters. It keeps us sovereign, grounded, and focused on the game, not the noise.
So Why Does Tracking Matter?
Because when you track, you stop being prey.
You stop being blindsided.
You stop wondering “what if” and start knowing what’s next.
They’re playing checkers.
We’re playing chess.
And I promise you: once you learn to track, you’ll never play blind again.
Curious how far I’ve tracked you? Relax. If you’re here reading this, you’re probably already on the board.
Just kidding 😉♟️
